Excluded countries

The betting platform may engage in the organization of gambling and acceptance of sports betting on the Internet under the license of Curaçao in all countries that recognize this jurisdiction. These are dozens of countries with the exception of Curaçao, the Netherlands, France, the Dutch West Indies and Australia. These countries are included in the list of excluded countries and the Curaçao license is not valid in them.

If you find that a company operates under a Curaçao license in one of these countries, you can report it to the Gaming Commission. To do this, send an e-mail to our e-mail address. But beforehand we ask you to make sure that the company does not operate in the excluded country under another, related license.

Relinquishment of brand ownership rights

The Curaçao Gaming Commission does not own the brands that are granted a license. We do not manage them and do not make any decisions on the development and operation of such companies. Any actions, including if they are illegal, are done without our approval. Therefore, the Curaçao Gaming Commission cannot be held responsible for them and their possible consequences.
